Children’ Centres in Kingston run daily activities for families with children under five, plus the expectant mothers and fathers.

They offer a wide range of activities and support sessions. Families can attend activities in any centre across Kingston or Richmond.

Knit and Knatter Tudor

Every fortnight
Location: Tudor Drive Library, Tudor Drive, Kingston, KT2 5QH

Come along to our fortnightly knitter knatter group. Bring along your craft projects.

Under 5s Sessions at Kingston Museum

Every Friday morning
Location: Kingston Museum, Wheatfield Way, Kingston, KT1 2PS

Come along to our weekly friendly and free craft & story sessions. Explore the museum’s exhibitions and collections through fun, informal and engaging activities.

This session is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents, carers and fellow under 5’s! Drop-in, no need to book. Free. Children must be accompanied during the sessions

Anime Club

21 & Co Stay and Play @Norbiton Children’s Centre

First Thursday of each month
Location: Kingston Town Children’s Centre, Villiers Road
Time: 13:15 – 14:45

21 & Co is a support group in Surrey and West London dedicated to giving support to families who have children with Downs Syndrome.

Open to all our families, the Stay & Play afternoons are a friendly and relaxed way to meet other members of 21&Co while the children play in a stimulating environment.

The children have lots of fun. New families are always welcome.

Busy Bees Soft Play Centre

Location: Chessington Cricket Club, Sir Francis Barker Ground, Leatherhead Road

A friendly, safe environment located in Chessington for your little ones to play and have fun. The equipment here is for under 5’s. Refreshments are available.

Chatterbooks New Malden Library

First Thursday of each month
Location: New Malden Library, Kingston Road

Come along to our after school monthly reading group for children aged 7 to 11. Talk about books you have read and enjoyed.

Held on the first Thursday of the month. New members welcome. No need to book, just drop in.

Chessington Kicks

Location: Chessington Sports Centre Astro, Garrison Lane

Free weekly football-focused sessions provided by the Fulham FC Foundation. Term time only.

Chessington Youth Club

Kids can take part in sports, play games, chill with their friends while enjoying the music and sharing of ideas. Term time only.

Drama Group (Chessington)
