The Viper Rooms

The original and still one of the best party venues in Kingston.

The Fighting Cocks Bar & Live Music Venue

The Fighting Cocks has been a regular on the London live circuit with a music history dating back to the 1930s. Throughout the ’30s and ’40s, The Fighting Cocks is a common stop-off for traveling jazz artists, our musical legacy seeped into the floorboards and walls of the building since 1890.

They offer live music, comedy shows and various cocktails with a friendly atmosphere.

Bacchus Late Bar & Venue

2 Union Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1RP

Twenty years ago, Bacchus was launch as a Blues wine bar, and then by the late 80s, the club welcomed DJ’s spinning Funk and Disco sounds. In the early ’90s, more live gigs were to emerge including Indie /Rock bands like Dodgy, The Bluestones, and Kula Shaker, all of whom have chart successes.

Each night of the week, Bacchus offers a good range of music and theme nights so you have a good choice each weekday. Additionally, on Mondays, they feature alternative and crowd-pleaser songs of the 80s.

A pleasant fallback venue but in terms of music and audiences, every night is very identical to another. It’s a pretty small venue and is often quite busy.

It’s an ideal place to go out on a last-minute night because it’s a cheap venue which is open most nights of the week and you’re likely to see many people you know.

The Mill
